Key Responsibilities

  • •QA/QC Coordination & Inspection Planning: support planning and scheduling inspection activities in line with project milestones and approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • •Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and operations to ensure inspection readiness, including procedures, drawings, and inspection tools
  • •Maintain records of inspector certifications, qualifications, and approvals to ensure compliance
  • •Ensure inspection activities comply with project specifications, codes, and quality standards
  • •Monitor inspection progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues; provide updates to senior QA/QC personnel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent (technical background preferred); minimum 3+ years in QA/QC inspection, coordination, or related field
  • •Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • •Well-organized, disciplined and capable of handling multiple priorities with good written and verbal communication
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional and operational teams
  • •Certification in Welding, E&I, or Coating inspection (CSWIP 3.0/3.1, AWS CWI, CompEx or equivalent preferred)
