Lead Person - 2nd Shift

Lead production work to help deliver safe, high-quality meat products on the line. Operate with hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and production equipment while following oral and written instructions. Support the management team by understanding full line operations and helping train and develop production employees. Maintain a safe, efficient production environment, meet safety and quality standards, and be available for scheduled shifts and possible overtime based on demand.
