Job Summary

Own the company’s AI-first IT transformation end to end, running a lean IT team at scale. Drive Serval adoption for help desk automation, evaluate Serval Journeys for onboarding/offboarding, and build automations across Claude, Notion, and Slackbot. Lead identity, access, and directory sync using Rippling and administer Google Workspace. Manage endpoint/device operations with Iru MDM (Kandji), ensure EDR enforcement, and support new-hire readiness and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Serval ownership for help desk ticket deflection, moving from manual resolution to AI-assisted and self-service.
•Evaluate and pilot Serval Journeys (or equivalent) to automate onboarding and offboarding provisioning workflows.
•Build and maintain automations across Claude, Notion, and Slackbot to reduce manual IT work.
•Own identity, access, and directory management: provisioning/de-provisioning across SaaS, run Rippling directory sync, and administer Google Workspace.
•Administer Iru MDM (Kandji) with EDR enforcement, manage device procurement and asset lifecycle, and support new-hire readiness and IT documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-10 years in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar hands-on IT role.
•Deep experience with Google Workspace administration at the org level.
•Experience managing an MDM platform (Kandji/Jamf/Intune or similar) across multiple operating systems, with EDR.
•A track record building automations to replace manual work, using code or no-code tools.
•Extreme ownership and a security mindset for identity, access, and device management.
