Own the revenue planning engine by building bottoms-up lead volume and forecast models across territory, channel, and product lines. Reconcile Sales and Operations capacity, plan demand with Supply Chain, and deliver a recurring planning cadence with variance analysis and re-forecast support.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain bottoms-up lead volume models by territory, channel, and product line.
•Determine lead requirements to hit revenue targets using conversion rates and sales capacity.
•Partner with Marketing to translate lead targets into budget and channel mix recommendations.
•Track funnel performance and flag when lead flow, quality, or conversion is off-plan.
•Own quota and territory planning with Sales leadership, including forecasting, variance analysis, and re-forecast cycles.
