Manage responses to defense service RFPs for optronic systems embarked in pods, from understanding client needs to defining and aligning the offer. Build competitive technical and commercial proposals, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure commitments on costs, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with sales, product sectors, and technical teams, present offers for leadership validation, and execute the transition to project management after award. Support bid strategy development for France and export clients.
