Job Summary

Seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead HR-related sourcing and supplier management. You will develop category strategies, manage RFx processes, oversee contracts, ensure policy compliance, and drive supplier diversity, while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to optimize procurement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute best-in-class HR procurement practices, including sourcing processes, category strategies, and supplier diversity programs.
•Develop, implement, and communicate a procurement strategy aligned with Business Unit objectives and corporate plan.
•Lead the development of sourcing strategies and conduct data analysis to support category analytics, pricing evaluations, and negotiations.
•Manage RFx processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) from project initiation to award recommendations and negotiations.
•Oversee contract review and execution of NDAs, Master Agreements, and SOWs, including pricing negotiations and ongoing contract administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,600 - 162,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Six or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
•MBA or other advanced degree and professional procurement/supply chain certification are strongly preferred.
•Experience in RFx processes (RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs) and supplier negotiations.
•Proficiency with ERP/contract management systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft) and advanced Excel skills.
