Job Summary

Own end-to-end corporate FP&A for a Series E AI company, from long-range planning and annual budgets to rolling forecasts. Lead the monthly/quarterly close from an FP&A perspective, driving budget vs. actuals, KPI definitions, and board/investor reporting. Evolve FP&A systems and data models, and build scalable processes and templates. Partner cross-functionally—especially with Accounting—to translate business drivers into actionable performance insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive corporate financial planning end-to-end, including long-range planning, annual planning, and rolling forecasts.
•Own the monthly and quarterly close cycle from an FP&A perspective, including budget vs. actuals, variance commentary, and management/board/investor reporting materials.
•Define and track KPIs that reflect business health, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and driving progress toward always-on reporting.
•Drive and evolve FP&A systems and infrastructure, including planning software, BI integrations, and the underlying data model; build repeatable processes and operating cadences.
•Partner cross-functionally to align on goals and enable effective decision-making, working with Accounting to ensure actuals integrity in FP&A models.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in corporate FP&A at a high-growth technology company, with exposure to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a top-tier finance rotation.
•Experience owning or supporting annual planning, long-range planning, budget vs. actuals, and monthly financial reviews in both startup and scaled environments.
•Experience implementing and managing modern FP&A planning tools, including configuration and model design.
•Advanced financial modeling skills, including integrated 3-statement models, headcount models, and scenario frameworks built from scratch in spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred).
•Degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or equivalent professional experience.
