Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing trade shows, experiential marketing, or large-scale technical event production (B2B tech, aerospace/defense, or high-consequence hardware industries strongly preferred).
  • •Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar global event budgets and establishing ROI, attendance governance, and performance frameworks.
  • •Experience partnering with in-house creative/design teams as the bridge between strategy and external fabrication/production reality.
  • •Exceptional executive presence collaborating with C-suite/senior leaders and coordinating VIP engagements and delegations.
  • •Hands-on experience with physical booth builds, floor layout/AV production, complex hardware logistics/freight, plus strong negotiation skills and 25–50% domestic/international travel.
