Job Summary

Serve as primary coverage lead and subject matter expert for a select set of fixed income managers, supporting Aon Investments USA and proprietary fixed income/private credit funds. Provide quantitative and qualitative research to the global fixed income team, challenge investment views, and support portfolio managers with analytics, trading, reporting, and client deliverables. Act as a liaison across internal groups and drive process efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact and coverage lead for a select group of fixed income managers for Aon Investments USA.
•Provide quantitative and qualitative support and serve as subject matter expert on fixed income for internal colleagues, consultants, and clients.
•Support fixed income manager research initiatives by debating and challenging investment views to ensure idea meritocracy.
•Assist fixed income portfolio managers with analytical support, trading, reporting, and completion of client deliverables.
•Support fixed income fund activity across internal groups and improve process efficiency while demonstrating initiative and ownership on projects.
