•Handle customer inquiries and support calls with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
•Collaborate with the Account Verification and Talk to Us squads to deliver seamless support.
•Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance the phone support experience.
•Utilize in-house support software and adapt to new tools quickly to maintain efficiency.
•Provide feedback and participate in ongoing efforts to reimagine and improve the customer support journey.
