Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React on the frontend and Python-based technologies on the backend to support claims processing, payments, and fraud detection.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver scalable features that operate 24/7 across multiple countries.
  • •Ship features daily within a monorepo setup, ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance.
  • •Contribute to system architecture decisions and drive improvements in reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
  • •Participate in code reviews and mentoring to raise skill levels across the engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience building complex web systems
  • •Experience building and shipping web applications
  • •Proficiency in TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
  • •Strong understanding of modern web technologies and object-oriented programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
  • •English working proficiency
