Job Summary

Support the Talent Experience team in People Function with global culture and engagement initiatives. Help operate a global recognition platform, track usage and results through monitoring and reporting, and collaborate with Global Communications on campaigns. Assist with project management and enablement for stakeholders, run information sessions with local teams across countries, and connect recognition initiatives with internal and external events.

•Coordinate with local teams through information sessions and provide ongoing support across functions and locations.
