Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content; present concepts to stakeholders.
  • •Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution; partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
  • •Oversee motion production end-to-end, develop reusable templates/motion design systems, manage multiple projects, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/VFX issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D and/or Blender a plus).
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes (with portfolio/showreel).
