Operate a forklift at a BlueLinx distribution center to safely move, load/unload, and store building materials. Pick and retrieve items for distribution, prepare shipping and distribution paperwork, and perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Maintain a clean work area, assist with inventory counts, and follow forklift training and safety guidelines while supporting on-time delivery to customers.

•Operate forklift in compliance with forklift training and safety guidelines.

•Perform daily inspection and maintenance of equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
