Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop low-voltage battery systems, including battery packs, BMS, and charging architectures.
  • •Lead development of hybrid and electrified powertrain systems, including integration with ICE and electric drive components.
  • •Define and specify HV electrical architectures, including wire harnesses, connectors, safety systems (contactors, fusing, isolation), and power distribution.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on battery cell selection, pack design, thermal management, and charging solutions.
  • •Support system integration, validation, and testing (lab and field), and maintain detailed design documentation, schematics, and validation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with low-voltage battery systems and electrified powertrains.
  • •Knowledge of BMS design, battery pack architecture, and thermal management.
  • •Experience with power electronics, including inverters, DC/DC converters, and charging infrastructure.
  • •Familiarity with low-voltage safety standards, isolation strategies, and functional safety (ISO 26262 preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years in electrification, EV, hybrid systems, or energy storage systems.
