Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, demos, Proof-of-Concept, RFP, design documentation, and enablement.
  • •Lead the technical and product sale by recommending best-practice solutions and guiding customers on how to use Twilio’s APIs.
  • •Design, demonstrate, and present innovative solutions by understanding customer technical pains through discovery.
  • •Build and present complex, interactive customer product demonstrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Provide leadership and deal support within Solutions Engineering, including mentoring less experienced Solutions Engineers and sharing knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex technical products or 10+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience in delivery/consulting.
  • •Excellent communicator and presenter who can gain audience confidence and communicate complex topics across levels.
  • •Ability to build a deep understanding of customers’ communications needs and guide them to a technical solution.
  • •Previous software development experience or working knowledge in telecom, SIP, contact center, or security.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, mathematics, computer science) or equivalent practical experience.
