Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers as a technical partner to deploy Nanonets to production and move quickly from ideation to scale.
  • •Provide proactive guidance to maximize business impact and accelerate application development.
  • •Translate customer requirements into PRDs, workflows, and success criteria for internal teams.
  • •Scope work, prioritize requests, and deliver against timelines with Product, Engineering, and Solutions.
  • •Plan and communicate project timelines, maintain multi-account backlogs, and ensure end-to-end testing and validation before customer release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a software engineer or ML engineer (startup experience preferred), with founder/founding engineer experience valued.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/LLM best practices and proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • •Ability to build and/or deliver prototypes on top of the Nanonets API platform.
  • •Ability to identify opportunities to maximize customers’ business value using the Nanonets API.
  • •Own problems end-to-end and manage multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization and an eager, helpful attitude.
