Job Summary

Support delivery of high-value industrial advisory projects as part of a team focused on process optimisation and industrial engineering. Work across consulting levels (Consultant to Principal Consultant), applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques to analyze and improve client operations. Build client relationships, develop data-driven insights into practical solutions, and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and capability development within multidisciplinary teams.

•Contribute to delivering industrial advisory projects, from planning through delivery (level-dependent).
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations.
•Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
•Manage significant workstreams or project components and deliver projects to agreed quality, cost, and schedule.
•Build client and internal relationships and support proposals, thought leadership, and capability development.

Key Requirements

•Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments.
•Experience working within or alongside highly regulated industries (e.g., defence, aviation, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing).
•Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
•Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
•Degree or HND (or equivalent experience) in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
