Merchant Services Director

Develop and grow relationships with merchant clients by promoting merchant services and delivering exceptional customer service. Lead sales management activities, train and support bank personnel, and serve as a subject matter expert for product and service questions. Demonstrate offerings to prospects, maintain accurate account records and agreements, renew and secure orders, and coordinate fulfillment. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations while analyzing financial data to support proposals and contract activity.
