Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and recommend proposals by analyzing rates, cost structure estimates, material/equipment/service costs, and delivery schedules.
  • •Administer subcontract functions for projects and bids, including development of subcontract management strategy and implementation.
  • •Guide subcontract management matters to site leadership and home office personnel; prepare and present subcontract management presentations.
  • •Manage subcontracts in compliance with contracting policies and procedures, including reviewing standard subcontracts and preparing flow-downs from prime contracts.
  • •Support subcontract administration through documentation handling, audits, activity reports, subcontractor performance review, and closeout, including issue resolution with coordinators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • •8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including field experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of subcontract policies, processes, and the bid process/evaluations.
  • •Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts and related policies while meeting deadlines.
