Job Summary

The HSE Engineer supports the Company HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager to implement the HSE management system. The role assists in planning, implementation, evaluation and analyzing HSE activities at site to ensure HSE target and objectives are measured and achieved.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the implementation of and compliance to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and Project HSE Management Programme.
•Arrange, conduct and participate in training sessions, HSE Committee and Coordination Meetings.
•Advise supervisory staff with regards to accident prevention and improvement related to work methods.
•Assist in leading and supervising HSE officers onsite.
•Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Level 6 Diploma in OHS
•Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience, 2 years GCC is a plus
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates
•Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental regulations
