Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate BSA/AML Working Group governance, including charter maintenance, meeting cadence, and action item tracking.
  • •Develop and consolidate management reporting and prepare Board/committee/executive reporting with metrics, trend analysis, and commentary on emerging risks and resource constraints.
  • •Review BSA/AML reporting results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging issues.
  • •Coordinate execution of BSA/AML program strategy and initiatives across functional teams, including dependency tracking, escalation, and alignment to enterprise strategy.
  • •Lead and develop the BSA/AML Program Office team, defining structure/operating procedures and setting objectives and performance expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or master’s in a related field) preferred.
  • •CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent financial crimes certification required.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in BSA/AML, sanctions, or financial crimes compliance at a regulated financial institution.
  • •4+ years supporting BSA/AML program governance or program management (or comparable capacity).
  • •People leadership experience and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
