Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical.
  • •7–10 years in medium-voltage switchgear design and development.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, Pro-E, SolidWorks, or i=Ideas, including complex detail and assembly drawings.
  • •Ability to understand MV switchgear and assemblies design standards (IEC, UL, IEEE).
  • •Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic principles and Lean Six Sigma/DFSS-DMAIC (desirable).
