Key Responsibilities

•Provide IAM access management support across Active Directory, Windows systems, and cloud platforms, following IAM policies, procedures, and security practices.
•Implement and enforce IAM policies, including access approvals, rogue access monitoring, credential strengthening, credential reuse monitoring, and identity lifecycle support.
•Govern cloud access controls for Microsoft EntraID, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM), federated SSO groups, Managed IDs, and Service Principal Names (SPNs).
•Process access requests within SLAs, resolve tickets, assist security analysts, and support user access revalidation cycles.
•Automate and improve IAM operations using PowerShell/Python and Generative AI; document procedures; and support monitoring/alerting and identity-related incident response and remediation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
•Experience administering Active Directory (security groups, user objects, GMSA, service account management, keytabs).
•Hands-on experience securing cloud IAM environments, particularly Microsoft EntraID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
•Proficiency in scripting/automation for IAM (PowerShell or Python) and familiarity with automation frameworks/tools.
