Senior MEP Cost Manager - Real Estate

Lead MEP cost management for real estate projects, owning mechanical, electrical and plumbing deliverables within direct commissions or larger programmes. Drive feasibility, early estimating, budgets, cost planning, tendering and procurement (single and two stage), and post-contract cost reporting, including valuations and change control. Manage design teams and potentially other cost managers, mentor colleagues, and support development of MEP digital tools while staying client-facing.
