Job Summary

Develop and maintain customer relationships for ready-mix concrete sales in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area. Help drive sales goals and profitability by analyzing market potential, forecasting demand, and identifying/bidding projects. Provide quotes, record orders, track inventory and order progress, and coordinate deliveries when needed. Build leads, manage key accounts, and partner across internal departments while supporting supplier/vendor negotiations and industry networking.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Sales Manager with sales strategy and tactics to meet goals and profitability in key markets.
•Analyze market potential (pricing, customer profiles, trends, and demand forecasting) and report findings.
•Identify and bid projects; sell ready-mix concrete products to business and industrial establishments or individuals.
•Provide material quotes, record orders in a tracking system, and track sales/order progress and product inventory.
•Develop and grow customer relationships via phone, electronic, and face-to-face communication; manage key accounts and negotiate with suppliers/vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
•Minimum of two years of experience in a Sales/Marketing position or an equivalent role with a customer service focus.
•Salesforce experience is preferred (not required).
•Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
•Residency within the assigned territory is required.
