Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide production support and testing assistance across program/project activities supporting Group Booking tools and workflows.
  • •Identify, analyze, and resolve issues from agencies, integrators, business partners, and vendors; support production issue management and escalation.
  • •Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios, supporting SIT, UAT, release validation, and defect tracking across booking flows, countries, languages, and currencies.
  • •Maintain and update documents and tracking artifacts with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
