Job Summary

Provide technical engineering leadership for HVAC and refrigeration systems across marine and offshore vessels. Execute preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance; support troubleshooting and system performance optimization; and ensure compliance with company procedures, engineering standards, classification requirements, manufacturer recommendations, and HSE regulations. Contribute to technical evaluations, spare parts planning, commissioning, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning activities.
•Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
•Review drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical documentation.
•Diagnose technical failures and recommend engineering solutions.
•Coordinate with workshop teams, OEMs, contractors, vendors, fleet, logistics, and project teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, design, and electrical control systems.
•Experience in marine/offshore support vessels, dredging vessels, or similar industries.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration systems, electrical controls, PLCs, automation, drawings, P&IDs, and commissioning.
•Strong leadership, troubleshooting, planning, communication, and HSE awareness.
