Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of small/medium/large cabin upgrade projects from contract signature until project closure.
  • •Develop comprehensive project plans and master schedules (timelines, milestones, and critical paths) and ensure milestones are met.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of complete, accurate cabin solutions to the customer and provide visibility to stakeholders on progress.
  • •Support customer and offer activities, including preparation of upgrade solution embodiment when required and generating delta offers.
  • •Conduct continuous risk/opportunity assessments, contribute to profitability, manage P&L within budget, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Civil, Electrical) or a Business-related field.
  • •Minimum of 9 years of experience within the aviation industry.
  • •Authorized to work in the US.
  • •Experience in cabin modifications and upgrade processes.
  • •Demonstrated business and technical acumen with leadership skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
