Job Summary

Support the management of B2B orders, quotations, and customer portals to improve operational efficiency and internal/external customer experience. You’ll help track and route quotes and orders, administer platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, and Mercado Eletrônico, and provide administrative support for internal and external sales teams. The role also supports post-sales portal and documentation requests, maintains customer master data, and updates quotation and opportunity records in ERP/Oracle CRM while tracking key indicators.

Key Responsibilities

•Support control, monitoring, and routing of quotes and orders received via B2B portals.
•Manage operations for platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Mercado Eletrônico, and other customer portals.
•Provide administrative support to internal and external sales teams.
•Support the post-sales team with portal-related requests, orders, records, and documentation.
•Maintain and update company customer master data and help enter quotations and opportunities in ERP/Oracle CRM, updating databases and internal controls.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in higher education in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Production Engineering, or related fields.
•Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
•Good verbal and written communication.
•Strong organization and ability to manage multiple repetitive demands efficiently.
•Proactivity to handle day-to-day demands and willingness to learn.
