Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of the Technology business unit strategy and the people needs to succeed.
  • •Build workforce and talent plans with leaders, defining talent strategy and levers to close workforce gaps.
  • •Guide leaders on total rewards decisions grounded in business need, talent strategy, and internal equity.
  • •Drive the talent management system including performance management, succession planning, critical role identification, career laddering, and development planning.
  • •Lead end-to-end change strategy including stakeholder engagement, communication, and post-change reinforcement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as a senior strategic HRBP or HR leader in a high-growth environment.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally managing and developing other HRBPs.
  • •Bachelor's degree; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, change management, and talent strategy.
  • •Strong compensation strategy fluency, analytics ability using people data, and exceptional executive presence to influence without authority.
