Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct contract reviews after award, ensuring project teams and subcontractors understand commercial and contractual terms.
  • •Review procurement subcontractor packages and secure best commercial terms.
  • •Assess and authorize subcontractor payments based on completed work and contractual terms; measure and value on-site work and milestones.
  • •Prepare valuations, progress applications, invoices, monthly cost reports, and financial forecasts; maintain cash flow forecasts.
  • •Identify and track changes, variations, and compensation events; prepare estimates/quotations for additional works and assist with final account negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of industry-standard contracts, including New Engineering Contract, Joint Contracts Tribunal, or bespoke AV contracts.
  • •Experience managing budgets, cost reports, and forecasting for technical projects.
  • •Ability to analyze, measure, and value work completed in line with contract terms.
  • •Strong negotiation, numerical, and analytical abilities, plus proficiency with Office 365.
