Job Summary

Partner with business and factory leadership as a strategic HR advisor to support employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and continuous improvement for a ~550-employee manufacturing environment. Execute HR plans aligned to business objectives, guide investigations and terminations with the legal team, analyze HR metrics, and drive engagement and communications through structured standards and OEDP practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide HR guidance to business management teams and execute HR strategies supporting a focused factory team structure.
•Develop and execute HR plans, policies, and programs for talent management, goal alignment, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
•Partner with talent acquisition and factory leadership on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding; support new employees with culture and business context.
•Develop, analyze, and report HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, overtime, staffing to standard, engagement) and use them for continuous improvement using Lean/9-step problem solving.
•Lead employee relations activities including investigations into policy/workplace/EHS violations, support termination matters with the legal team, and facilitate conflict resolution and engagement strategies.

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
•5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
•Knowledge and experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred.
•Previous experience handling complex personnel investigations.
•Demonstrated proficiency using MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; preferred experience with PeopleSoft, UKG Time and Attendance, Tableau, and/or Visier.
