Job Summary

Coordinate product certification and registration activities across Bose direct sales regions to enable product launches. Define and maintain baseline certification plans and templates, align contract manufacturer (CM) schedules to requirements, and proactively identify compliance timing gaps and risks. Serve as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Sales, maintaining documentation and tracking tools to report status, approvals, and renewal actions while continuously improving workflows.

•Coordinate product certification and registration activities across direct sales regions, including defining baseline certification plans and templates.
•Ensure CM-owned schedules are aligned to certification requirements and track submission status, approvals, renewals, and required actions.
•Serve as the primary coordination point across Engineering, Compliance (Safety, Materials, EMC, Cybersecurity), and other stakeholders for certification-related activities.
•Maintain and organize compliance documentation (certificates, test reports, submissions, approvals) and support standardized process/template development.
•Maintain tracking/reporting tools for certification status and risks, provide regular updates, and support continuous improvement of certification workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,100 - 93,600 annually

•Strong attention to detail with documentation and tracking, and the ability to escalate gaps or risks appropriately.
