Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support core risk-based PSM elements including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and incident investigation.
  • •Conduct detailed design reviews for new fabrication tools, systems, and chemical processes to ensure safety compliance and reliable performance.
  • •Evaluate equipment, procedure, or process changes for safety impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Facilitate hazard identification and risk analysis using methodologies such as HAZOP, FMEA, and What-If analysis.
  • •Maintain process safety documentation and promote a safety culture through engagement, training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Experience with process safety management system work, including PHA, MOC, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • •Ability to interpret P&IDs, schematics, and user documentation for design reviews and hazard analysis.
  • •Certification in Process Safety Assessment and familiarity with RBPS and Taiwan OSHA safety standards.
