Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison between auction operations and customers while performing pre-sale quality checks.
  • •Recommend and oversee reconditioning services (e.g., PDR, glass repair) based on account criteria.
  • •Review and write repair orders, enter them into the PC system, and coordinate repairs with shops.
  • •Assist with inventory management by locating, numbering, and moving vehicles and confirming VIN, make, year, and mileage.
  • •Coordinate sale lane activities and perform basic vehicle diagnostics to determine if a vehicle needs to be moved to the mechanic shop.

Key Requirements
