Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently develop solutions for a supply chain project by managing complex issues using in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • •Own strategic supply chain projects from planning through execution and share findings resulting from project delivery.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • •Interpret data from junior individual contributors and develop recommendations that optimize supply chain performance.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between customers, recycling partners, logistics providers, compliance teams, and internal business units to ensure seamless, cost-effective recycling experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • •Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, sustainability, environmental management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •In-depth supply chain and industry knowledge to develop solutions for complex supply chain projects.
  • •Ability to interpret data from junior individual contributors and turn insights into recommendations.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills to work with customers, recycling partners, logistics providers, compliance teams, and internal business units.
