Key Responsibilities

•Develop new business by leveraging connections and networking to generate opportunities within the Midwest market.
•Present and tailor risk solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with teammates to create strategic plans.
•Manage a portfolio of prospects, tracking progress and adapting approaches based on data and market trends.
•Adhere to a defined sales process and pursue licenses in Life/Health and/or P&C as needed.
•Support cross-functional teams with insights from research and market trends to enhance client outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually
