Key Responsibilities

  • •Support St. Louis BDS production programs and development projects in coating application, surface preparation, robotics/automation, production equipment, and paint process technologies.
  • •Support operations across paint operations for multiple aircraft and weapons programs.
  • •Apply engineering and scientific principles to aircraft design efforts and production operation improvements, including technology implementation and cost reduction.
  • •Review engineering documents and drawings, support design reviews, and evaluate novel technologies for potential application.
  • •Work with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to implement robotics, automation, and manufacturing process improvements, including root cause/corrective action investigations.
