Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws for food quality and safety, labor and employment requirements, Union guidelines, and company policies
  • •With direction from Restaurant Managers, execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and Guest Service standards
  • •Supervise hourly and Seasonal Supervisory staff, providing work direction, performance reviews, coaching, and completing mentoring and counseling
  • •Manage Union contract compliance by maintaining discipline and replacing open shifts; ensure proper hiring and training is maintained
  • •Monitor and maintain budget and operating results (cost of goods, variable labor, safety), adjust operations as necessary, and maintain clean, safe, professional work areas

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or GED required
  • •3+ years of quick service food management experience with multiple large, high-volume operations and managing a team of 20+ employees
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • •Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights and work outdoors in varying weather
