Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and supervise direct labor to ensure efficient use of labor resources and hit labor efficiency, productivity, and cycle time targets.
  • •Assign and manage personnel based on the rig/production schedule, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to maintain timelines.
  • •Promote and enforce safe operating practices and ensure department organization and cleanliness, including adherence to 5S standards.
  • •Coordinate with manufacturing engineering and other functions to remove obstacles, develop processes, and ensure consistent quality output.
  • •Perform in-process inspections, address quality issues at the source, monitor operational cost control, and support capacity planning and product flow.
