Altra: Footwear Designer II

Create innovative, athlete-informed inline footwear for Altra, translating product briefs into design solutions from concept through tech pack completion. Produce and present 2D sketches, 3D digital models, and presentation materials, then collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, and Color/Materials to integrate seasonal trends while preserving performance integrity. Refine footwear through prototyping, testing, and fit reviews, coordinate with factories to maintain design fidelity, and stay close to runners, the marketplace, and competitors.
