Job Summary

Serve as the primary advisor for Key Private Bank’s high-net-worth clients by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned to each client’s financial goals. Lead relationship reviews, maintain an active prospecting and referral pipeline, and deliver consultative client presentations. Meet individual sales goals, coordinate with an extended advisory team (trust, investments, planning), and partner internally and externally to deepen and grow client relationships.

•Recommend banking, borrowing, and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, coordinating an extended advisory team as needed.
•Conduct relationship reviews using personal and business financial data, capture client goals in a financial plan, and maintain ongoing proactive contact.
•Prepare and deliver client presentations presenting appropriate financial solutions individually and with a team.
•Meet or exceed assigned individual sales goals by expanding existing client relationships, closing referrals, and acquiring new business.
•Maintain a disciplined prospecting pipeline using internal and external referrals and participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results.
•Ability to act as a primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned to client financial goals.
•Demonstrated expert knowledge of financial products and banking regulations, including investments, trust, and credit, with advisory ability.
•Broad understanding of personal and commercial financial statements and experience with consumer or commercial lending.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (master’s preferred).
