Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key customer-facing liaison, handling regular internal/external communication, building customer relationships, and managing account health for New Spares and Repairs.
  • •Provide oversight, guidance, and mentoring to Frontline Customer Support Representative teams to improve throughput, productivity, and customer experience.
  • •Serve as the first escalation point when frontline teams cannot resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • •Resolve shortage issues by evaluating options and ensuring “Voice of the Customer” drives decisions.
  • •Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasts and establish/validate KPIs with internal and external customers; make process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, customer account management, or related aviation industry experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience improving processes for greater efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Previous experience in a customer-facing role in aviation or a manufacturing environment dealing with a high volume of customers.
  • •Ability to build customer relationships and cultivate sales.
  • •A working knowledge of SAP.
