Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve desired business outcomes.
•Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings that increase customer success and accelerate new product adoption.
•Deliver digital content through one-to-many webinars for end users to support successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.
•Develop and maintain digital content that adheres to Technical Adoption Specialist quality and consistency standards while addressing specific customer challenges.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
•Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands
•Professional fluency in Korean
