Key Responsibilities

•Welcome customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel cared for, listened to, and appropriately advised.
•Offer personalized consultations to visitors based on customer type and product category.
•Support the store director and specialists in daily activities and store operations.
•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes and action plans from managers.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries while fostering a strong team spirit and a positive working climate.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in sales roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in Retail is preferred
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs
•Agility, dynamism and flexibility
•Strong teamwork orientation and results-driven mindset
•Diploma di scuola superiore; good knowledge of English; French knowledge is a plus
