Develop and plan drawings and sketches using AutoCAD, producing production, shop, and as-built documentation based on site measurements and coordination. Create architectural drawings (floor plans and elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with technical specifications. Ensure designs comply with building codes and coordinate with contractors to align construction with technical drawings, while organizing drawing systems and managing technical submittals.

Key Responsibilities

•Work within project timelines to deliver drawings and designs on schedule.
•Address design challenges by proposing solutions to ensure functionality and manufacturability, including cost implications for materials and components.
•Create architectural drawings (floor plans and elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical or mechanical components with technical specifications.
•Prepare and maintain production, shop, and as-built drawings, and ensure technical and material submittals are accurately closed out and documented.
•Coordinate with contractors and communicate design ideas/changes with teams and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with building codes and supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Certificate in AutoCAD or a related field.
•Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
•Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
•Proficiency in developing production, shop, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD based on site measurements and coordination.
•Knowledge of SAP functional skills (ERP) is required; understand building codes, standards, and regulations.
