Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementation and transformation programs from mobilization and planning through implementation and transition.
  • •Establish program governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and controls with clear visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, architecture, data, testing, migration, operations, and third-party vendors to maintain alignment.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing clear communication, constructive challenges, and recommendations to resolve delivery issues.
  • •Support the growth of Capco’s core banking capability by extending the team and contributing delivery expertise, lessons learned, and reusable approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading complex technology transformation programs within banking or financial services, including modern core banking implementation.
  • •Strong understanding of core banking transformation delivery considerations such as platform implementation, integration, data migration, testing, and transition.
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong program leadership, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior client stakeholders.
  • •Experience working with major core banking technology providers, implementation partners, or platform ecosystems.
