Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies and procedures for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule with reliable attendance, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • •Use a team-first approach and demonstrate readiness to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and remain on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift while following safety requirements.
