Job Summary

Lead the De Beers boutique as a business owner, driving client development and sales across High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and Bridal. Build and activate a high-value client database, manage VIP relationships, and oversee personalized clienteling outreach and event conversion. Inspire and coach a team of client advisors, ensure exceptional Maison client experience, and maintain operational excellence, compliance, and omni-channel fulfillment using clienteling and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the boutique’s client development strategy, including an annual clienteling plan for recruitment, retention, reactivation, and upselling.
•Build, enrich, and segment the client database; orchestrate personalized outreach, appointments, private viewings, and event follow-ups.
•Achieve sales targets and KPIs across High Jewelry, Collections, Classic, and Bridal, monitoring retention and average transaction value.
•Recruit, develop, and coach client advisors in clienteling, storytelling, negotiation, and long-term relationship building.
•Ensure operational excellence and compliance, including inventory handling, e-commerce fulfillment within SLAs, visual merchandising, and escalation of any concerns.
